Solution Introduction

Currently, most landfill leachate treatment in China use a process train of  biochemical + UF + NF (material separation membrane) + RO

The UF process basically uses tubular UF membrane, which have been widely applied in the leachate field by its characteristics of anti-fouling performance and high filtration flux.

The NF process as a pretreatment for RO, basically use the products with high rejection and high anti-fouling performance,  subsequently, material separation membrane system can be added for further treatment of the NF concentrate,  then the overall NF system recovery can exceed 95%, greatly lowering the concentrate pressure on the entire system.. 

Finally, the RO process is used to achieve compliant discharge.
