The tubular UF system reconstructed by HOWIE membrane in Jul., 2024,
Process: Grinding wastewater→circulating concentration tank→pipeline filter→tubular UF membrane→produced water reuse, the concentrate flocculated with chemicals and filtered by plate-frame filtration, the sludge outward transport.
There are 3sets of tubular UF system on site, 5pcs 6inch 3meter tubular membrane modul per set, single module membrane area is 15.2㎡，designed recovery rate ＞90%, required permeate turbidity＜1NTU.
